I don't even know where to begin. Kim made our home buying process easier than we could ever imagine. We had been looking for a house in multiple locations for years, after taking a break and moving back to Ohio we decided to begin browsing again. We went to a couple showings that seemed to have a lot of potential, yet we left disappointed. A new listing came on the market the same day and Kim was able to get us in for a showing right away. We loved the property and ended up putting in an offer the same day. Kim was excellent at explaining and answering questions throughout writing the offer and that continued on throughout the whole home buying process.
